Founded by Alan J. Fletcher a 30+ year veteran of the flooring industry. Alan is a recognized national consumer advocate who firmly believes that truth and honesty and disclosure  is the best policy.  In a world filled with lies, scams and deception he aspires to become known as a beacon in the night where integrity meets true measure. 

Alan is the author of five carpet and flooring books including dozens of articles published by local, national and international newspapers, magazines and trade papers, and is the editor of several successful business/consumer websites.
